MiroAPI is an AI API gateway service providing unified access to multiple AI models. Services we provide include but are not limited to:

• Chat API: Text conversation and generation services

• Image API: Image generation and editing services

• Video API: Video generation services

• Other AI model API services

To use our services, you need to register an account. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete registration information

• Properly safeguard your account credentials and API Keys

• Be responsible for all activities under your account

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

When using our services, you agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of others

• Generate or disseminate illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content

• Attempt to bypass technical limitations or security measures of the service

• Use the service in any way that could damage its normal operation

• Resell or distribute unauthorized API access

• Our service operates on a pay-as-you-go basis

• You need to pre-charge to use paid services

• Prices may be adjusted based on market conditions, with prior notice

• Consumed credits are non-refundable

• Account balance has no expiration date

• We strive to provide stable and reliable service

• We may conduct necessary maintenance, with prior notice

• We do not guarantee service will be uninterrupted or error-free

• Availability of third-party AI models is not fully within our control

• The software, documentation, and branding of the service belong to us

• You retain the rights to content generated through the service

• You grant us a license to process your content to provide our services

• Please comply with the terms of use of respective AI model providers

• The service is provided "AS IS", without any express or implied warranties

• We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, data loss, etc.

• Our liability cap is limited to the fees you paid

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, please verify independently

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms

• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities

• Long-term account inactivity

• As required by law

We may modify this agreement from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or site notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

• This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China

• Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation

• If negotiation fails, submit to a court of competent jurisdiction
